What you can do when you are a registrated member?
Create private isolate datasheet in "Member" to record by your own EWET
account your data of perform private analyses. His/her data are only accessible for the member author.
Submit data to the EWET-DB in "Creator" (released on the EWET website after validation by the datamanager)
How to cite data?
Please cite in your publications the EWET access-code of the referenced isolates or of your own samples registered in
the EWET-DB (e.g. EWET-01-CHE) and the website address: https://ewet-db.univ-fcomte.fr/
Welcome to the EmsB Website for Echinococcus Typing - Database (EWET-DB)
This website is dedicated to microsatellite EmsB data, obtained
after genotyping of Echinococcus multilocularis specimens, pathogen agent of the Alveolar Echinococcosis,
one of the most worrying zoonosis occurring in the northern hemisphere.
Applications available on the EWET-DB website:
Consultation and download of EmsB data and metadata from the collection of reference:
Search (for a selection of data),
EmsB data (only EmsB normalized data) and
Dataset (for all the data available in the collection of reference)
After selection of data from the Search page (to confirm: push the "Search" button), select all or part and confirm by "Ok". The selection is recorded in your private page "Selected isolates". Then go to the Analyses page to perform data analyses.
You can select one isolate to compare with the others in "Isolate to compare"
After making data analyses (to confirm: push the "Run the analysis" button) you can obtain your results by selecting "Download"
Your previous analyses are recorded in "Member" and "My analyses"
You can import your data in "Creator" (see EmsB Guidelines for more details), get the geographical coordinates of your isolate on:

Download a selection of data: Search and Export. The result of the export is a csv file. You may have troubles with encoding on Excel. Open the file with OpenOffice or LibreOffice, choose the UTF-8 encoding.
